By accessing listiq.ro or using the Listiq app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Listiq is a free app that offers:

• Creating and managing shopping lists with over 1,000 pre-loaded products
• Browsing deals and catalogs from 16 stores in Romania
• Digital storage of loyalty cards with QR codes
• Theme, color, and font size customization
• The listiq.ro website — app information and download

3. 3. Eligibility

The app is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 should use the app with parental or legal guardian consent.

4. 4. Your Account & Data

Listiq works without a user account. Your data (lists, cards, settings) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your phone's security. If you delete the app, local data will be lost.

6. 6. User Content

Shopping lists, notes, and photos you create in the app belong to you. Listiq does not claim any rights to your content. When you submit feedback or bug reports, you grant us the right to use that information to improve the service.

7. 7. Intellectual Property

The Listiq app, the listiq.ro website, design, logo, text, and source code are owned by Listiq and protected by Romanian and international copyright laws. The product and category database cannot be reproduced without written consent.

8. 8. Third-Party Content

The app displays catalogs and deals from third-party stores (Lidl, Kaufland, Carrefour, etc.). Listiq is not affiliated with these stores and does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of displayed deals.

9. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Listiq is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will function without interruptions or errors. Prices and deals displayed come from third-party stores and may be inaccurate or expired.

10. 10. Limitation of Liability

Listiq is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use of the service, including loss of local data caused by app deletion or device failure.

11. 11. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the service at any time.

12. 12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. 13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
